Intartex

The mission of the International Art Exchange is both simple and direct. It is our intent and commitment to provide a platform for the artist and collector that allows their quality work or possessions to be seen by the marketplace and offered without exhibiting charges. For too long large established auction houses and galleries have demanded, from both buyer and seller, confiscatory fees and charges.

Eskimo Ivory

On this site, you will find examples of Eskimo artifacts in several different media and from a wide historical period ranging from around 900AD to the late 1880's. Many separate Eskimo tribes produced objects that were stylistically advanced beyond the reach of many indigenous peoples
and, in many ways, exceeded the abilities of larger, more significant PaleoAmerican cultures
such as the Maya and the Aztecs.
